Brett Poole brings over 30 years of experience in business leadership, project management, and customer service. A Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist (CWMS) and former wildland firefighter with a degree in Fire Science, Brett combines real-world fire experience with practical construction knowledge to help homeowners reduce wildfire risk. He oversees operations, project planning, and client communication, ensuring every project is completed professionally and with exceptional customer service.

Ron Polasek brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience in residential building, custom homes, and remodeling.
